About Us

The Arabic Culture Information Society is a non-governmental organisation established on 8th November 2008. The ACIS was founded by its president, Mrs. Sanaa El-Nahhal. It has always Mrs. El-Nahhal’s passion to organise activities about the Arabic culture and letting people know about it. Being in a non-Arab country like Malta, Mrs. El-Nahhal wanted the Maltese public to learn about it and become more familiar to it. She also wished to create friendships between people from different cultures. Mrs. Sanaa El-Nahhal is also Ambassador for Peace.

The organisation’s aims are to educate the public about Arabic culture, to promote respect and acceptance of other cultures and to encourage integration and participation in the local community.
